Dr.Amy is always there for me when needed. She is very good at prescribing only the medicine needed and is always check my lab results for any changes in my health.
Everything was excellent with the provider, medical assistant and front desk. The challenge was trying to schedule an appointment online or in the app because my PCP was on maternity leave and it didn't give me an option for anyone else on my care team. I called and the front desk was very nice and helpful getting an appointment scheduled for me.
Dr. Gerhard and her team are wonderful.
Dr Gerhard and her staff went out of their way to help me with problems I had with a bloodwork draw. Their empathy with my situation was appreciated so much.
