I am very pleased with my relationship with Dr. Gerhard. She remembers me, is informed, concerned, asks probing questions and knows my health goals. She is not judgmental and easy to talk to about sometimes uncomfortable subjects. And, always has information and suggestions on how to meet my goals. I've been going to Dr. Gerhard for about 10 years. I've always felt during that time that she listens to me, gives practical advice, and is shares any concerns about my health. She provides good comprehensive notes from our visiits (showing that she listened to me), which she will usually post within a day. She (or her office) always responds promptly to non-urgent medical questions posed through MyChart.
