I rated them a two-star because I sat in the exam room for an hour and 15 minutes before I saw the doctor for a five-minute exam. I think they could manage their appointments a little better or communicate with you and give you an update of what’s going on and why you’re having to wait.
Outstanding experience as usual
Excellent; Dr Kelmenson is very knowledgeable and professional in her interactions with patients. The staff is also extremely helpful and friendly. Wait time is kept to a minimum and the office area is very comfortable.
A true expert! So glad to be a patient of hers.
