What we really liked about Amy was her patience and understanding. We were trying to sell a home in Maryland but needed to understand different areas in Florida and what they all had to offer. I called Amy In February to discuss selling my dad's property. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. My siblings and I decided to l I st it ourselves. That was the wrong decision as after about five weeks of people telling us the house wasn't worth what we wanted I contacted Amy again and I had a sign proposal after just 17 days after sign on with her and Exit.
Amy is wonderful. She is extremely responsive and stays on top of everything. Her knowledge of the ins and outs of our deal made it a smooth transition. We highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.
