Dr. Gandhi has been our primary care physician for about 10 years and we've never been anything but completely happy with the care she and her staff provides. I went through about 4 years of a chronic issue that often had me sobbing in her office and had about nine physicians of different specialties puzzled. Dr Gandhi is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. She is patient, knowledgeable, and most of all she listens. I can't ever move from Franklin because I would lose Dr. Gandhi as my doctor and she couldn't be replaced.
I cannot speak to Dr. Gandhi herself, but my experience as a prospective patient trying to schedule an appointment was not pleasant. After reading so many wonderful reviews for her, verifying with my insurance provider that she is in network and accepting new patients, I called to schedule an initial appt and was dumped into a generic VM, with no return call.
