Visit was fine. But they do not return phone calls. I had to call numerous times waiting on hold for 15-20 minutes several times
My first appointment with Dr. Smithline went very well. She took the time with me to go over all my concerns. I left her office feeling very pleased. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.

Dr. Amy Smithline has been my gastroenterolist for the last decade. She is an excellent doctor and I highly recommend her. She has performed both endoscopy exams and colonoscopy exams for me. She has a very pleasant manner with her patients.
She is the best, also we share our Hebrew name which makes it more special. She is the greatest, all my friends go to see her if needed. Also she makes that extra step which makes you more special. Incase I don't reach her in her office and leave a message, she returns my call sometimes late in the evening hours from home.
Dr Smithline was booked very far ahead when I called her office. They somehow were kind enough to fit me in. Dr Smithline is a wonderful doctor. She listens to every question, and explains everything thoroughly. She takes the time to address all of your concerns. She's truly a great doctor..plus she gives you results!
Dr. Smithline and her staff are excellent. She is personable and professional, and I have had all my colonoscopy procedures comfortably done by her. Also, I greatly appreciated her follow-up calls after my discharge from the Tully Center -
although it took some weeks to get an in-person appointment, when I arrived the staff was prompt and professional in taking my information and it was only a short wait before Dr Smithline came out to bring me back to her office. Our consultation was thorough and satisfactory in terms of my expectations and on-going care.
Dr Smithline has been treating me for Crohn's for a number of years. She is excellent in her field, Listens and answers questions meticulously. Has been very helpful in ensuring that the Crohn's condition I have is always under control. Recently she performed upper endoscopy to diagnose esophagus discomfort I have been experiencing and ileoscopy/sigmoidoscopy to examine disease progression at the East Main Specialty Surgical Center in Stamford.
