Apparently delivery appointments mean nothing to these people. Appointment was at 4 pm. Eight pm and no one has bothered to respond and let me know IF I'm even going to be unloaded.
Checked in successfully waited 2 hours to then be told load canceled. Nobody called Nobody answering the phone had to drive back up the lady had closed the shipping window so she didn't have to speak to anybody god forbid! I wouldn't want to speak to a driver that waited 2 hours for his load to just be canceled either!
Lady is rude the place is rude It's just pallets how the hell do you screw that up but they do and did.
If could give negative stars I would waited over 5 hr just to be unloaded with plenty of trucks coming in and going out I’m still here waiting they left me on dock for over 3 hrs shift changed and I was still stuck here once I spoke with second shift workers he advised that was morning shift ? Huh I’m still here buddy what you mean yard guy constantly putting trailers on docks and talking them off after I’m on deck and I’m still here would not recommend coming here!!!!!
