I bought a prowler 4yrs ago had no major problems did all my maintenance as per amtexequipment maintenance plan. if I ran into any issue Ben (and his staff are the best) was just a phone call away. he would stay on the phone till all my concerns were met. I recently purchased a 2014 Amtex Marine 3047 , again I am very satisfied and will continue to use Amtex equipment for all my Truckmount needs.
I have been in the carpet cleaning business for 26 years. Over that time I have used just about every major brand of machine made. The Amtex machines are almost bulletproof. I have had mine for almost 3 years with no issues. The way they are designed is also ingenious. There is always a way to bypass any issue if some little part breaks.
