Absolutely horrible service. They've been a nightmare to get service from. Completely unresponsive and not returning calls. We tried to switch services on our own and got locked us out of our old website (they changes passwords and emails without communication or permission). We had to escalate to the actual domain host and ICANN to release the domain. Would not recommend and would advise anyone else to stay far away from AMS.

Run away from AMS! Their service is a nightmare. They have a complete lack of responsiveness and ignore phone calls. Similar to others, when we attempted to switch services independently, they maliciously locked us out of our own website by altering passwords and emails without any notice or permission. It took an excruciating ordeal with regain control of our domain, meanwhile they continue to charge us and threaten us if we don’t pay. AMS is a total disaster, and I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy.

Have been trying for weeks to get them to respond to an open ticket...no response at all. Will be moving my business elsewhere.

Absolutely no customer service, cannot get anyone to return my emails, and there is no phone number available on their website. It is important to know that this is a domain reseller. If you "purchase" a domain through them, they turn around and register it through enom. But if you want to make changes or move your registration, they essentially hold your domain hostage, because there is no way to unlock the domain. I cannot stress this enough, do NOT use this company. You'll regret it.
