I'm getting bills from months ago. Said he took Blue Cross Blue Shield but I'm getting billed 400 from 5 months ago.
The first visit I had was alright, nothing really stood out except that i said i had already been doing all the things they wanted me to do to help my condition and it wasnt working, but they still told me to continue it (I didn't, because it wasn't helping). The second appointment threw off my entire day. I arrived 30 minutes early, but I wasn't taken back until 30 minutes after my appointment time- a full hour after I arrived to the office. Dr is very caring and gives full attention to your problem! Had my surgery this Dr has angel hands no pain after whatsoever
Received a pre-visit email suggesting I complete and submit the paperwork online so I would not have to do it in the office. Whew I arrived the receptionist handed me three pages to complete. When I mentioned I completed these online based on the email I was sent, she said "that doesn't work. Then I was told unless I had a formal referral, I could not see the doctor. MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER WITH A DOCTOR !!! I HAVE A CONDITION WHERE I HAVE TO USE A OSTOMY BAG - I HAD A INCIDENT AT DR VISIT ON 3/3/20 - WE WERE LITERALLY KICKED OUT OF OFFICE - THEY CANCELED APPT AND STAFF WAS EXTREMLY RUDE - THEY WERE LAUGHING BEHIND MY BACK !! DO NOT USE THIS DOCTOR STAFF IS EXTREMLY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL - WAIT TIMES ARE HORRIBLE TOO !!!!
First off, Terrible staff. The staff is not easy to work with. In person they act as if your a bother. On the phone, they don’t return calls and it isnt easy to schedule a appointment with. I do not recommend Dr. Amram H. as a doctor. He does not explain to you what is wrong with you or if you’re okay when you ask him questions. It’s as if he diagnoses you and says everything to himself and gives you no explanation what’s so ever. Do not waste your time.
Wait times, shabby office and unfriendly staff and Dr. D. with a take-it-or-leave-it attitude caused me to lose confidence in getting quality care and I switched doctors.
Dr. Dahukey was a nice doctor but he only spent ten minutes with me, whichwas fine. The wait to be seen was ridiculous! we were taken back an hour after the appt time & was not actually seen until 20 min later. The front desk people were okay but not the most courteous. I had to call to change my appt the first time & she told me no reschedules kinda rudely before she knew that it was my first appt. Would not go back just because of the wait & support staff
The Dr is great but everything else SUCKS!!!
