I think that Yami has a gift. She LISTENED to my needs about my hair loving RED way too much and the brassy that happens. She and I made a project out of my hair taking it down tiny steps at a time until we hit right what we wanted. She is also concerned about Hair Health and does not want to over process and suggested a rest next round to keep my hair healthy. I personally usually go to Sydney but I have been with other stylists and they're all fantastic. Its a really cool atmosphere and everyones super nice.
