Unfortunately my very brief experience with reception was disappointing. There was no acknowledgement when I walked in and I felt completely ignored until I awkwardly greeted/shuffled to obtain the reception's attention. I had mistaken this store with another when I said I had phoned earlier. She was very quick to dismiss me and appeared to not want to further engage. There were other customers waiting nearby that witness this awkward interaction and it just felt like she didn't want to be there.
