Very helpful receptionist (Charis). I was visiting Brisbane for a few weeks from overseas and the silicone domes on my hearing aids deteriorated. Phoned to inquire whether they had the appropriate ones in stock. After searching out back she located a pack of suitable ones, which I was able to pick up within the hour. Many thanks.
