I came to the store and was horrified to see the staff member at the counter with a deep cough, coughing every minute when she should have been at home. I didn't go in.

I went to the store and had an initial 5 minute test which then lead into an appointment with a technician. This is where the trouble started for me I felt immediate pressure from the very beginning. I found it odd that you do the test right beside the technician with zero barrier I could see when she was pressing the buttons. I then after the test felt more pressure to go ahead with buying hearing aids as I was lead to believe my hearing was bad but I would later find out this was false. Please get a second opinion from a reputable hearing specialist. These people will tell you that you need hearing aids and sell you a cheap set at exorbitant prices. When the aids stop working after a few months, you will be offered a refurbished set, but still at full price. Refuse that and ask for a refund. You will be flatly refused, with no reason. Crystal helped my elderly father in law with batteries for his hearing aid that was purchased from a different company. My father in law and I were absolutely delighted with Crystal’s service and attention to detail. Crystal noticed that the aid wasn’t quite right even with a new battery so she asked if she could have a good look at the aid. She took a look at the aid, wiped it down and said she’d be back in a moment. She returned with new tubing, removed the old one and placed the new in the aid. My father in law was amazed... read more
