Please get a second opinion from a reputable hearing specialist. These people will tell you that you need hearing aids and sell you a cheap set at exorbitant prices. When the aids stop working after a few months, you will be offered a refurbished set, but still at full price. Refuse that and ask for a refund. You will be flatly refused, with no reason. Crystal helped my elderly father in law with batteries for his hearing aid that was purchased from a different company. My father in law and I were absolutely delighted with Crystal’s service and attention to detail. Crystal noticed that the aid wasn’t quite right even with a new battery so she asked if she could have a good look at the aid.
