Please answer ypur phone. I understand you might have hearing problem but answer your phone.
I had a hearing test here in September last year and was promised a $50 voucher, which I have never received. Despite multiple emails and countless phone calls, I have been ignored or given the runaround with no resolution. This is highly misleading and feels like a tactic to lure customers in with false promises. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
