The arrangements were decent and an okay price. Terrible customer service or maybe it was just my first time dealing with the “gen z stare”. I walked in, wasn’t greeted, waited maybe 10 or 15 min or so until I had to go up and say I’d like two arrangements. Saw other people come in, look at the florist blankly for a few min before leaving because they were ignored. I wonder how much business this place loses for simply not even greeting customers. Cute shop though
Without a question, the absolute best flowers in San Francisco. I’ve been getting their flowers for my wife every Valentine’s Day for the last 6 years. Their bouquet’s are unique and combine a variety of color and textures. I love the vibe of their store and I’m always blown away by how good of a job they do. We just had Ampersand do our micro wedding. We went with the florist choice and it could not have been better. While strolling through the Castro Districet, this shop's beautiful floral designs and fragrance drew us in. We watched as the owner and another staff member were creating STUNNING arrangements. We browsed for a while and bought a few candles. Lovely people running a pretty little shop.

The most gorgeous flower arrangements! Super helpful over the phone as well, and their new location on Market Street is beautiful.
