I would urge you to NEVER use this company after living in my home where this company completed the roof in fall of 2018. The prior owner used this company right before putting the home on the market and selling to me in 2019. I have the documentation to prove they did my roof, copies of permits and inspections with dates. I can't speak to customer service as I was not dealing with that aspect, but the quality of the job was HORRIBLE. I am 6 years in. Reliable and prompt service.
They billed me for roofing work—even though their roofer never even got on my roof! To make matters worse, when I asked them to actually come out and do the work, they told me they were too busy! So not only did they try to charge me for nothing, but they also couldn’t be bothered to follow through. This is completely unprofessional and a clear case of trying to take advantage of customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and finding a roofing business that values honesty and integrity.
We just had the roof and balcony patio of our home replaced by Amparano Roofing, and they did an incredible job. We have a steep pitch and a lot of peaks as well as a very large roof, and the result is just beautiful. The price was also of the most reasonable of the quotes we received. They went around each day to make sure no small pieces of metal or nails were left, which we appreciated. I would not hesitate to use this company again, or recommend it to others.
