HORRIBLE Service! This company was chosen by my home warranty due to a service call for a roof leak. The woman who showed up just looked at the roof from the backyard and started assuming where the leak was coming from without ever going up on the roof. The woman who showed up was on crutches which makes me believe she is not qualified to do this type of job in the first place. Wow what a bad experience. They did a half assed job and left the place a total mess. Used our recycle to dispose of tiles. When I called to tell her how poor her men did she tried to blame me for the lack of effort on her men’s part. Also they broke my gate and she refused to accept it.

The representative was rude from the very beginning—before they had even arrived at the house. My mom purchased this home with the patio already added on, and it has had ongoing leak issues.
