AMP uses a system to track the renewal of the renter's insurance. If it is mailed directly by the insurer to them in ******, ** they lose paperwork frequently. They do not notify the tenant if they don't get their copy. The deceitful practice is they charge a monthly premium, but it does not appear on the invoice the rent due, it only shows on the confirmation of payment details. It is well hid.
I live in a rental managed by this property and a couple months after we move in we have dealt with black mold, appliances that chronically do not work, the chimney leaks soot daily, paint is pealing off the walls, and the communication is poor. We are paying for one of the most expensive apartments in Lebanon and it's become a health hazard atrocity. Unless I leave all the windows open, a cough begins to develop and my eyes and ears itch. Bad Company, their first and only objective is to get your money!
This company is allowing there rental properties such as: M Club Apartments in Indianapolis, In to charge new residents a so called non refundable risk fee. The property manager can not explain how this fee is calculated or what this fee is applied towards or who spends this no refundable fee. The apartment complex does not charge deposits and does not see any wrongdoing for charging this nonsense refundable fee.
