Don’t listen to “Alexa Lee” they do “annual checkups” out of necessity, and they never fix repairs on time. Had a burst pipe in the garage leaking on my car, and I had to call the Dept. of Health to make management come out to repair the pipe. “Alexa Lee” is fake and the review is a conflict of interest; they want to drive up their rating. Also the managers like to pick and choose when they want to answer you, and don’t have any sort of professionalism

AMP delivers exactly the level of service you sign up for—nothing more, nothing less. They are transparent about their fees and don’t try to upsell or charge extra by taking on unnecessary tasks around the building, unlike some other property management companies. One thing I really appreciate is their annual property walk-through, during which they suggest needed repairs or improvements. They also keep us informed about changes in government regulations that affect building management.

The worst property management company I’ve ever encountered. AMP Management completely ignores requests and emails, no matter how urgent the issue is. It's baffling that this company was hired to manage my property. If you're seeking responsive and reliable property management, avoid this company at all costs.

Horrible management company,they never car about your problems,they work with super cheap and unprofessional handy man,we still have too many problems from last year to now ,Shame on you
