Mike Amos came timely and inspected it but his report was really really poor. Hand written with bad hand writing, no professional typed report with pictures in there. He sent me pictures separately and provided a copies of handwritten report. It was hard to digest what he meant. I had to call and discuss with him what he meant by the items he wrote. He was helpful though to explain all the items, but I would definitely negotiate with this guy to give me a professional report before asking him to inspect any house. I hope Mik... read more
