I love coming here and the staff is super helpful and friendly! :)
Antoine was the worst at customer service. My mother and I were looking forward to going to Amorino for gelato. Antoine's hospitality made us feel unwelcome. He was rather abusive that we didn't understand the "system" was treating his fellow employees poorly. Argued with us do to our unfamiliarity with the process. I would like it Amorino GM can reach out to me from this experience I was in your store around 5-5:20 on Nov. 15. Thank you.

Compared to amorino Paris I have to say the employees here have a world to learn, seems that they have been punished working here
The gelato and presentation were both incredible, but I have to agree with the other reviewers re: the employees. Both were rude and arrogant to customers. Come on....you're serving desserts. Lighten up! �
