Our ice creams and sorbets are turbinated daily in compliance with the Italian tradition, under the eyes of our leaders . Our recipes are accompanied by a maturing time allowing each flavor refining and allows time for each perfume to assert its own character. We use organic free range eggs, whole milk of high quality. No artificial flavors and no dye have room in our ice. This is a basic requirement of our work.

Several occasions that I've been at this location I've had a great experience! The staff was very patient and helpful (even let me try the flavors before I decided regardless of the people behind still waiting) Even today, despite there was only 1 worker (didnt get his name) I still had a pleasant visit! :)
