Our ice creams and sorbets are turbinated daily in compliance with the Italian tradition, under the eyes of our leaders . Our recipes are accompanied by a maturing time allowing each flavor refining and allows time for each perfume to assert its own character. We use organic free range eggs, whole milk of high quality. No artificial flavors and no dye have room in our ice. This is a basic requirement of our work.

I came all the way from Michigan. I made sure I was making a trip to this shop. The gelato was the perfect touch for the end of the night, in such an aesthetically appealing, quaint shop. Also they were very quick with the line that had formed. The hazelnut, tiramisu, and dark chocolate rose classic size cone- is to die for. You will not be disappointed!
Worst customer service i can remember in a long time. Tracy was absolutely terrible treating multiple paying customers like trash at the Chicago State Street location...tons of attitude.I can't believe your brand continues to keep her employed even after multiple people refer her by name in yelp reviews. If you have a social media manager or GM for this location please ping me and I can give more details.
The gelato and sorbet are excellent. My favorite flavor is the Sicilian Citrus. Make sure you get a macaron too. They are absolutely delicious!

Let me start by saying, I love their gelato and sorbet. Unfortunately, this location needs some improvements. The smoke alarm has been chirping for months, two times I went they were out of small cones (weeks apart), and the last time they seemed to be having a problem with keeping their gelato frozen.
