roaches, mold, & broken ac I had to break my lease here because it was so bad. the city really needs to be notified of this place. they paint over mold, its roach infested, my ac had been broken for 4 months by the time i left, neighbors hot boxed cigarettes inside making all my items smell like cigarettes. I could literally go on.

This place deserves negative stars I’ve never had worse customer service in my entire life. When we moved in, there was a cockroach infestation that the management clearly knew about. I became physically ill the first week I lived here because of the conditions. There were roaches painted into the walls and all of the counters are made of plywood with veneer on top, which is a fantastic place for roaches to make their nests. The worst place I have ever lived If I could give this place zero stars I would. The surrounding neighborhood is one of the most dangerous in Austin. When first moving in our apartment was completely infested with cockroaches and it was explained that nothing could be done for days. We then out of pocket went and purchased no less than 30 cockroach traps in order to have a more habitable place to live.
