Staff management is horrible. I informed them that we were not extending our lease, I received a txt about going to court for rent being late. I had already moved out of the apartment when receiving this txt. Never will recommend or rent from them ever.

Very modern apartments, had a rat problem in the building that was never fixed (lasted about a month). The efforts they had to resolve was to give me mouse traps to install and the ceiling collapsed in a spot when it rained and it took 3-4 weeks to get it fixed because "everyone had Maintanance requests"
We do not feel safe or comfortable in our own home, & we are dismissed and BELITTLED by management. Absolutely appalled & disgusted. Our property is managed by Briana Downs. She completely lacks empathy or accountability. She is quick to put the blame on us as tenants in a very bizarre & extremely rude way. For example, today I asked her to please send over maintenance because WASPS are getting into our home. She then proceeded to say, & I quote, "Please use the portal in the future. I had a really good experience renting with AMO Management. I lived at their Thomas Blvd property, which was my first apartment. It was a lovely space for a good value and was right near my workplace. They replaced my old stove for me when it shorted out and worked with me to allow me to amend my lease when I got a dog. They were very understanding during the 2020 pandemic.
