Excellent landlord. Always responded and solved any issues I had. Would definitely rent from again.
The absolute worst property management company I have ever dealt with. After non-responsive inquires for requests to maintenance broken, hazardous and dangerous features of my rental, I was charged out of my deposit without notice. Upon requesting that I be refunded in full for damages existing before occupying the space I was yelled at and hung up on by Reuben Zadeh.
