RecommendedI'm a current resident that has been living here for going on 3 years now. I would highly recommend this complex! The staff is very helpful, even if it is a difficult issue. They have worked with me on many things and we have always come to an amicable result. The renovated units are very nice and the common areas are very well-kept. The maintenance staff has answered any request I've put in within 24 hours and they've always solved any problems I've had within the unit. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT LIVE HERE. There is zero parking here for your guests. So if you have friends, don’t bother parking here. Then, when you park up front AFTER business hours, they tow you and you’re out $200. When you go in about it, they can’t explain it. WARNING. The rent is astronomical and then they squeeze you for every penny. And for those of you getting towed, here’s the tow yard. You’ll need it because they’ll tow you for so f*cking reason.

RecommendedThe on-site property manager Jolie is awesome! I stopped by inquiring about a new place she was very friendly and informative. She worked a tour into her schedule and explained everything. While she was explaining the details to me, a tenant came in just to say “hi” to her and also said to me “isn’t she awesome!” and how much she likes her and how she takes care of all the tenants needs. The property is clean and well maintained. Would recommend this place if you are looking for a home!

RecommendedConvenience, and location are key to life in Chicago. PT offers both, very safe and staff is very responsive. Particularly Domingo and Kenny at the lobby always treat guests with the utmost respect and professionalism. Would definitely recommend.
