RecommendedWe lived here ten years ago and when we decided to return for another Chicago experience we looked at 12 places. NHT was #12 on our list but when we walked in we knew we were back home. Love the neighborhood, the low (no) turnover of staff, and the energy. Waterton is keeping this classic building modern, attractive and neighborly.

RecommendedI'm a current resident and I would definitely recommend it to any friends/family. The location was the first thing that attracted us to this complex - easy walk to Publix, Orange Theory, barbershop, Chipotle, CFA, etc. We incredibly easy access to 75 and can get to Buckhead in about 15 minutes going backroads. Aside from that, the amenities are well kept for the most part and we have a tennis court! The maintenance crew is great too - always getting to any issue in a timely manner.
