Thanks to Marion, I’ve had a successful move to AMLI Warner Center all the way from South Carolina. From the applicant process to move-in day she’s worked with me patiently and diligently. The apartment was in perfect condition and the AMLI Warner Center made the move all the more welcoming. Looking forward to living here.
This place is fantastic! I don't know where the negative reviews come from. The customer service is and was better than any other place I've lived or looked at and Glenda is the best! It's clean, quiet, great amenities, and super dog friendly. Great place to be!
It's great, except when the fire alarms go off at night (12am - 2:30am). Lucky it doesn't happen often. Maybe once or twice every 2 months
I live at AMLI for 5 years now and I live and love every moment of it! I will be sad when I leave. But it has to be for a very good reason.
Thank you Cambron for the amazing tour! He took time to show me 4 different units and I knew when I walked into "the one" that it felt right. I look forward to a transfer to the AMLI in August this Summer.
SUPER RUDE Customer service! Today, I went to the office to collect one of my packages. They couldn't find it and asked me to contact UPS where I have already contacted and found that it was delivered to leasing office. When I tried to explain that to the very rude girls in leasing office, they simply went berserk and started telling me that it's not their job to collect packages if you are not at home! HELLO! We visited the leasing office yesterday and could not have been treated any better. All of our questions were answered. Our tour was amazing. The units and grounds look NICER than their photos. I was really impressed, and now I can't wait to move to be honest.
