RecommendedI have been living at AMLI River Oaks for over three years and my experience has been great. Anytime I submit a work order, I receive a quick answer. Most of the work orders are completed within a few hours and when there is no one available, the staff is very transparent and lets you know how long it is going to take. The complex is very well maintained. Over the three years, the walls have been painted, the gym has new equipment, and the measures taken during Covid were appropriate. Location is also a plus.
Please fix the fire alarm system that has gone off nonstop since July.... 🚨
I had the best leasing experience with Amli River Oaks. Sophie was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. She made me feel welcome the moment I toured the property. Management has been understanding and helpful to residents during this pandemic. I would recommend Amli River Oaks to anyone looking to live in the area!

Second time fire alarms are going off. Last time in July now it’s August. Always at 10:30pm at night and ongoing. Very stressful do not live here!!!
My husband and I have lived at AMLI River Oaks almost a year and we have been extremely happy with our experience! The office staff is so kind, attentive, and always ready to assist in any way. The maintenance staff is always hard at work to maintain the property and is always ready to help us out. The property is pet friendly. My two dogs have loved living here and the staff always loves on them when they see them. The apartments have everything that we could need and more.
