From a friends post earlier today, WAY TO KEEP IT CLASSY AMLI. You should connect with Patrick Combs and make this right. "AMLI Park Avenue wants to charge us a $538 surcharge to extend our lease 30 DAYS IN THE MIDST OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC. This is AFTER a $195 "discount" that the property manager "worked out" for me. Corporate greed will never cease to amaze me." You should be ashamed of yourselves.
We lived here for 6 months and loved our unit, but unfortunately this complex is just sad. We dealt with 2 floodings at this apartment complex that disturbed everyone with alarms during the middle of the night from pipes bursting in the hallways..... twice. There were car break ins and residents waking up to their cars on center-blocks.... I spent $200 on an apartment clean out and went over the move out list multiple times and got sent with a thick envelope of pictures of our unit with a piece of lint in our dryer about the... read more
Love it!! Very upscale modern apartments. Unique design of complex with interior pool area plus parking garage. Next to Cinemark & restaurant row!! Landscaping always looks amazing!!!!
