MOLD in my apartment and the management blame you for not opening the air condition. Thank you after 8 months in the apartment that this is the answer and customer service. I will not recommend any other person to move to this building.
The construction noise is completely unbearable, and it shows no signs of getting better. The worst part is that management refuses to take any action besides posting a template in response to each and every review. I have a decibel meter, and today I measured noises exceeding 80dB; according to the CDC this can be harmful to hearing with prolonged exposure. I used to like living in this place before it became a construction site in December 2019. I liked the location, the staff and the amenities and I could comfortably work from home and now none of these options are accessible to me. If you are considering moving here wait until the construction is done, completely and for good. The slowest and most restricted amenity reopening in Denver combined with no rent rebates after several months of no access to amenities and community areas has upset myself and many other tenants. Now amenities are open but only until 6 PM. I have a day job. That doesn’t work for me. They do not care about building a sense of community. They only care about covering their ***. Leasing agent verbally assaulted me
RecommendedMidtown 29 has been an absolute blessing to work with and I couldn’t be more grateful. The staff was awesome in the touring and application process and I was immediately hooked. We had a motorcycle stolen this week from the Variel garage at AMLI. They are refusing to send out a crime notice, despite our police report. I’m wondering if anyone else at AMLI has experienced other crimes, if you feel safe here, or anything else.
Since the scaffolding and construction has been ongoing since December, we have received several updates, including one today June 6–but we have not been given the most vital information: Can Amli at Mueller let us know how the drainage issue that caused the outside structural apartment damage is being remediated? Are the water drainage spouts being relocated and improved or more being added/drainage redesigned?
