Lived there for 10 months. Lack of management and customer care over all. Multiple official emails on security. We confirmed we were not renewing the lease due to work move to another city and received the worst advice ever. Once requested info on charges we were not expecting, we literally had to chase the assistant manager. She then resigned and we were left hanging one more time for almost a month. Rats, rats, and more rats. Everywhere. Hardly any security cameras. Crackheads always walking by stealing patio furniture. Staff is useless especially Greg. Rats! Thin walls and ceilings. Don’t do it.
