I love this place! There are a ton of options for layouts (we have a very spacious one bedroom) and the pricing is super competitive, especially living in Uptown. The maintenance crew always responds in a timely manner and the leasing agents are very professional. Our dog loves going to see Anna and Cassie! We like it so much that six of our friends have also moved in since moving to Denver and hopefully more will soon.
In two months, no hot water for 4 days, no heat at Christmas a two feet of flooded water in the apartment. This place is cheap, customer service is terrible and they are no more than slum lords with a fancy facade!!!
I absolutely love living at the Amli! It has every amenity I could ask for, from their awesome conference area to their newly renovated club house, with ping pong!!! At times, working from home can be tough, but Amli offers a beautiful conference area which allows for a nice change of scenery and free coffee!! I love living here! The neighborhood is a great location. The building is in great condition. The staff is amazing! They have gone above and beyond with things I have needed over the last 2 years and have always addressed it quickly. There are fun monthly resident happy hours as well. I think it's definitely the best place to rent in Denver!
My partner and I have lived here for the last two years and absolutely love it. Incredibly responsive staff, amenities are top notch, and the overall vibe of the complex is friendly and open but also respectful of folks' privacy. Would recommend it to anyone!
