From a friends post earlier today, WAY TO KEEP IT CLASSY AMLI. You should connect with Patrick Combs and make this right. "AMLI Park Avenue wants to charge us a $538 surcharge to extend our lease 30 DAYS IN THE MIDST OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC. This is AFTER a $195 "discount" that the property manager "worked out" for me. Corporate greed will never cease to amaze me." You should be ashamed of yourselves.
RecommendedThe staff is super friendly & helpful, the building is always clean, & the location is so perfect - nice and quiet but not far from all the fun either! We’d definitely recommend Amli park ave to any friends moving into the area. :-)
We moved in two days ago, and it has easily been the best customer service we have received in years, we came over from Uptown Square (check out their yelp page for all my thoughts on that) and it literally pains me we waited so long. We have an ADA one bedroom and the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure it is perfect for us. They even invited us to a resident event the night before we moved in to meet our neighbors. Great AMLI team, helpful and friendly. While i don't know everyone's name Anna and Cassie(?) are great.
Outstanding staff. Always ready to help. Even when they're not asked. I can't count all the times Andrew or Lane or Dennis happen to show up out of nowhere and fix what needs just a tweak or even something bigger. The lobby is spotless. Anna and Cassie are real pros. And no better coffee in the neighborhood. Thanks for those beans!!!
5 STARS! The apartments are gorgeous. We feel like we live in a really nice hotel. The staff is incredible and go out of their way to help. Maintenance comes right away and does the job right the first time. We love it here.

I have been a resident at this location for about six months and I cannot say enough great things about this complex. The residents are friendly and respectful, the maintenance staff goes above and beyond to ensure that you’re well taken care of, and the facility itself is top notch and constantly improving.
