I never leave these types of reviews and usually roll my eyes when I read them. But I am very happy to be out of this place. The office staff is unprofessional. And after move out they gave me a list of ridiculous charges. The walls are paper-thin. You can hear every footstep from the people above you at all hours of the night. I was woken up almost ever night. Avoid this place.
I had a lot of issues with my unit when I first moved in in 2024 but the staff @Amli patiently and kindly helped me through the countless issues I had. Their professionalism really shines in their conversations with me and in my many emails to them. I want to thank Vanessa, Jeremy and Glenda. I’m renewing my lease this year so I guess that speaks for itself! Thank you!
I moved into AMLI Marina Del Rey in May 2025, paying $7,350/month for what is advertised as “luxury living.” Instead, I’ve been subjected to nightly 1:30 AM commercial truck deliveries directly beneath my unit for The Hive coffee shop located in the complex. The trucks are large (24–26 feet), use lift gates, reversing alarms, and bright flashing lights that shine into my bedroom. These deliveries last 30–60 minutes and occur seven nights per week.
