Live here if you want to experience everything people hate about apartments. I've lived in Austin for 50 years and never felt a need to rant about landlords. 1. Destroyed brand new patio garden. 2. Every SINGLE time they say they are sending maintenance the days and times are wrong 3. Absolutely terrible!! Overcharged on parking and won't answer phones when you call to dispute it. And of course they don't have voicemail to leave them a message. Tried calling the parking garage and corporate with no answer and no ability to leave a message. I will be steering clear of all things AMLI if this is how they conduct business.
