Verified Renter I love living here! The amenities are great and I feel like Im on vacation living here. The location is great, so close to everything and the area feels very safe. The neighbors have all been very friendly and welcoming. My dogs are much happier here than when we lived in Uptown Dallas. I just love everything about this place!

Verified Renter I moved from the east coast, so I really wanted to find a place to live that was safe, beautiful, had good amenities, was a good location, and didn't cost an arm and a leg just to live in a place the size of a closet. This provided all of those things and more! It's well-maintained, safe, quiet, and a great central hub for shopping, the beach, Disneyland, etc. I really love living here and see myself living here for quite some time.
Management completely unwilling to help residents. Poor experience with Riverfront Green. Reviews were good when I moved in last summer but have shown a clear downward trend since. I likely would not have moved in had I seen the recent reviews of the building. Maintenance issues have persisted in my apartment throughout my entire time here and (allegedly) 3+ attempts to get them fixed with no end in sight. Verified Renter Excellent place to live with a variety of floor plans and price points. Shared spaces are best in class- the 41st floor is an amazing perk! Friendly and super helpful staff. Location is very central and convenient to multiple locations (10-15 minute walk to Capitol Hill, SLU, and Pike place) Highly recommend!
