Incredible Staff! I just moved in and let me tell you, I've never been treated with such respect, care, and attention to detail as I have here at Amli apartments. Melissa was the first one to greet me and help with my apartment search, she was so polite and friendly. Kareem answered all of my questions and was very helpful. Poor management I was a tenant for 4 years. Although my unit was aesthetically pleasing, there were persistent issues 1. Poor management- condescending and patronizing who intentionally contrive ways to create false charges. The management team was initially awesome, but they made staffing changes in 2020 and it quickly went downhill from there. The poor management is the reason for many of the additional issues. 2. Disappointed Although the location and the apartments themselves are nice, security issues, poor management, and terrible communication from the office staff are downsides to living in this complex. My motorcycle was stolen out of the gated parking garage a few weeks ago, and AMLI's response (or lack thereof) was frustrating. While AMLI did cooperate with police and share security camera footage with them, AMLI did nothing to improve security measures or look out for the well-being of myself or other residents. Terrible Experience They are charging me an additional $2,500, because I was late on the 60 days notice by 8 days. $2,500 for eight days should be illegal. That is more than my regular month to month rate. When I moved in, they did not tell me they were going to have construction outside my balcony for three months. Having to work from home, this was a huge distraction while being on virtual meetings. I would highly recommend looking somewhere else.
Location and the unit is spectacular! You can't beat the location. Bars and restaurants downstairs. Leasing agent Adam is great. Makes the process smooth and easy. The couple of minor repairs were fixed the next day. Unit was freshly painted. Super clean upon move in. Although the neighborhood can get a little loud, with a 97 walking score tons of people out and about, the unit is well insulated and cuts out almost all exterior noise. Verified Renter This luxury building provides an incredible location and fantastic amenities. My favorite feature is the spacious units with floor to ceiling windows providing tons of light and views of the greenery.
Adequate... Average - Not Great Overall its an average place to live but not great - decent polite management and they seem to maintain the place OK. But finding parking is an issue inside the garage, especially on weekends, so get used to parking on the street behind the complex. Not the best efforts for controlling excessive noise from the pool area even late at night. And good luck getting Amazon deliveries - one big room that you have to hunt through to find your package - if its even there.
Verified Renter Best apartment I have lived in and I have been in quite a few over the years. This is a quality building, excellent in appearance, structure, and amenities. And the staff is exceptionally friendly & helpful. Superb mail & package facility, dog wash area, everything is VERY well thought out and high quality. And if this means anything to you form your previous apartments, I do NOT hear my neighbors overhead or next door, thanks to obviously well planned soundproofing. Cameron Is amazing! I love living at Amli. The staff is amazing. Cameron, Adam and Alex. Went out of their way to help me repeatedly. Very smart staff and excellent location.
