The current construction began in December and has been delayed significantly. While we'd love for the project to be finished soon, we've gotten to a point where we cannot get rest and calm at home. The non-stop drilling and hammering throughout the day, while we're all stuck at home during Covid-19 has been mental. RecommendedAMLI Dry Creek has been fantastic! I moved here from out of state without seeing the apartment for a new job. Have now been here two years. Good location close to major stores, safe area, amenities are great, the building is well taken care of, and the staff are all fantastic! I've only ever had to call for a few minor things and every time the staff response has been great and within a timely manner. I honestly don't think I've ever lived in a better apartment complex. Definitely recommended!

RecommendedI’ve lived here for 2 1/2 years and love it! Beautiful apartments, friendly and helpful staff, fantastic amenities, and the property is always clean and tidy. Definitely recommend AMLI Dry Creek!
From a friends post earlier today, WAY TO KEEP IT CLASSY AMLI. You should connect with Patrick Combs and make this right. "AMLI Park Avenue wants to charge us a $538 surcharge to extend our lease 30 DAYS IN THE MIDST OF A GLOBAL PANDEMIC. This is AFTER a $195 "discount" that the property manager "worked out" for me. Corporate greed will never cease to amaze me." You should be ashamed of yourselves.
