RecommendedWe have lived at Amli Dry Creek for nearly 2 years now. They have been nothing but kind, open, and helpful! We sadly are leaving the property because we are buying a house. However, we have absolutely loved living here! The maintenance staff is quick to respond to service requests, the front office is the best leasing office I've ever worked with, and all of the residents are extremely friendly. If you work in the DTC or need quick access to the Light Rail, Amli Dry Creek is the perfect apartment!

RecommendedThis is an amazing property. The style and finishes look great and it pristine and maintained very well. The staff has been helpful, especially Bryan. Location and walkability is a plus!
If you’re moving here make sure to live in the first floor. IF the elevator is working, which is rare , it is extremely slow and rattles alot
Not much point in having an on-site dog park if you don’t clear the turf of snow in the winter. Someone obviously came through, cleared the concrete, and made an explicit choice to leave the turf alone. Even asked management to see that it was cleared. Was promised it would be, but it wasn’t.
Location is beautiful and very convenient with excellent walkability. Customer service is superior; I’ve never been turned away or ignored. Tenants have always been quiet and respectful (Including at the pool). The vibe here is mature and sophisticated (you will not find a reckless frat party at our pool).
