I wanted to leave an honest review after completing our entire lease and move out process at AMLI. We personally had a great experience living here! Maintenance requests were always completed in a timely manner, and we really enjoyed the pools this summer. We also enjoyed the trail and surrounding neighborhood for walks. Our neighbors were super friendly. We were actually sad to leave, but we decided to move closer to work. Overall, we would definitely recommend living here!

I’ve lived here for 3+ years and it’s amazing. They’ll fix your AC in the middle of the night. They keep prices fair and they keep the property looking beautiful. Special shout out to Melissa and her team including Brandon in maintenance. Love this place!
PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING THIS COMPLEX: I lived here for 1 year and upon move out, the complex decided to charge me over $300 for a working stove, fully functional, claiming it was "broken". The amli has FAILED to provide any EVIDENCE that the stove is broken or in need of replacement. The amli nickel and dimes their residents and I would suggest leasing elsewhere. I wanted to take a moment to commend the professionalism and efficiency of the maintenance worker who recently fixed the lights in my unit. their courteous attitude and attention to detail truly stood out and are much appreciated.
