WARNING: DON'T RENT HERE - WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN DOWNTOWN BELLEVUE! These money-hungry, greedy property managers will suck you dry. If you don't want to regret it, save yourself the trouble and rent elsewhere. I rented there for 3 noisy years (walls are paperthin, construction from the break of dawn), not to mention creepy neighbors and cars in the garage constantly being broken into. After I decided to move out they made up all sorts of false allegations about the state of my apartment to try to squeeze more money out of m... read more

Nice place, but overprices, and some funny smells in hallways This is a multi-store apartment complex in Bellevue on 100th Ave and Main St. It is pretty nice and upsacle, although very expensive. I lived there for a month when I had to use it as temporary housing. I had a two-bedroom furnished apartment. It was nice and roomy. Kitchen was open to the leaving/dining room. The appliences were nice and new. Each bedroom was on a different size of the living room with its own bathroom - that makes it very nice for either roommat... read more

New Resident. So far, I love Amli @ Bryan Place. The property is well kept, parking is a bit cumbersome, but the apartment itself is nice. We have lots of space for the price in the Uptown/Downtown area. The office staff has been friendly and answers all of our questions promptly so far. We hope that this will be a positive experience for us.

Terrible! Stay away! My husband and I lived here for 3 years. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors doing EVERYTHING -- even going to the bathroom! The only reason we stayed is because it was close to his work. When we finally moved out, they charged us $1,045 for the following month because someone had "forgotten" to take us off of their electronic funds transfer list. A big mess, and getting them to pay us back for the ISF fee was like pulling teeth! The manager "didn't get around to sending it" until I ... read more
