RecommendedWe have lived here for about 3 years now, and we have loved it! The apartments are great, the location is convenient for those who use the light rail, but most importantly the staff has been wonderful. They take a personal approach to working with you, and they want to help you enjoy your time living here. Good management really makes a difference :)

RecommendedToured a number of properties in the area and AMLI Dry Creek checked all of our boxes. The spacious, wonderfully maintained, beautifully finished units are everything we were hoping for and more. But it was the friendly leasing agent, Bri, who made all of the difference and gave us the feeling that we had found our new home. She was friendly, welcoming, and informative, and most importantly, wildly responsive with our follow up Qs. Very impressed and excited to pick up our keys later this week.

RecommendedAmli NorthPoint has been good to our family. We love animals. They are important to our well-being as we have emotional support animals after my husband served in the military. We appreciate how animal friendly the property is. We appreciate the help with packages even during a pandemic and maintaining friendliness through it all. RecommendedI have been living at AMLI River Oaks for over three years and my experience has been great. Anytime I submit a work order, I receive a quick answer. Most of the work orders are completed within a few hours and when there is no one available, the staff is very transparent and lets you know how long it is going to take. The complex is very well maintained. Over the three years, the walls have been painted, the gym has new equipment, and the measures taken during Covid were appropriate. Location is also a plus.
Living at Midtown 29 was such an upsetting experience. In the few months that I have not lived there my constant stress level has significantly decreased. There were nothing but problems at Midtown 29. The women working in the leasing office are just awful. I am not sure how they even still have jobs, as there I'm sure are many more well qualified applicants in this job market who are actually prepared to provide customer service, not just give rude unresearched responses to basic relevant questions and concerns.
