We had to cancel their services after 8 hours. They wrote a reimbursement check to us for the 2 week services which was over $7500 and the check bounced!

I’m extremely disappointed with Amity In-Home Care Services, Inc. due to their unethical business practices—specifically, their failure to pay their caregivers. These are hardworking individuals who provide essential services, often under difficult conditions, and they deserve to be compensated fairly and on time. Went to their office to inquire about their services and the doors were locked even when it was during business hours! What a waste of time! After reading other reviews about wage theft it’s obvious she doesn’t treat her caregivers or customers well either.

I would put 0 stars if I could. The caregivers here work hard but have had their wages either delayed or unpaid, and don't always get their breaks. I tried reaching out to CEO Nancy Reyes about her mistreatment of workers through phone and even in-person at her office in Torrance but was ignored. Amity caregivers and their clients deserve better!
