I had an excellent experience with Dr. Paul, my chiropractor. He took the time to ask detailed questions about my medical history and really listened to my concerns. He clearly explained each procedure beforehand and helped me understand the possible reasons behind my back pain. I appreciated how professional, knowledgeable, and caring he was — even offering practical remedies and advice to help with recovery. The treatment is good but l just want to say something about the appointment service. I booked appointment two months before the date, but one week before the appointment, they are saying they can't make any of my appointment for the next two months. This did not happen only once, it happened three times. They told me on Oct 07 that they cannot make any of my appointment starting Oct 17. They again told me on Oct 26, they cannot make all my appointment in November and December for another therapist.
