First, let’s highlight a lack of compassion, poor communication (unclear explanations), unprofessionalism (condescension), and issues with competence or care (missed diagnoses, wrong treatments). More so to describe how our first interaction was; he came in straight from outside in a large parka and says I’m your doctor. Dr Naik Is A Wonderful Surgeon. I Had Surgery On My Shoulder And He Took Great Care Of It. Dr Naik Is One Of The Best Surgeons I Will Highly Recommend Him To Anyone
Personally, I was disappointed with my experience. Dr. Naik came across as rushed, with bedside manners that could be improved. His explanations about my wrist pain were not very clear, which left me feeling uncertain and not fully reassured. I was also surprised by the dismissive remarks he made about the physical therapy profession, which felt unprofessional. Overall, I did not feel fully heard or supported during my visit.
