First, let’s highlight a lack of compassion, poor communication (unclear explanations), unprofessionalism (condescension), and issues with competence or care (missed diagnoses, wrong treatments). More so to describe how our first interaction was; he came in straight from outside in a large parka and says I’m your doctor.
