As someone who works a front facing job with patients the attitude and lack of professionalism and simple phone etiquette is appalling. The receptionist attitude was if I was bothering her to call and how dare I disrupt her day. Less than 5 min on the phone and I would make sure to steer anyone I come across at from this facility. Truly disheartening.
I traveled from out of state to be treated by Dr.Amira Nashed.She did an outstanding job and my dental restorations are still great after many years.Thanks to her I can gratefully use my teeth to function normally .I wholeheartedly recommend her.
She doesn’t even deserve a one star review. She is completely incompetent. Playing dentist, assistant, AND receptionist. Seeing one person after the next, double even triple booking people. Woke up at 9am for an appointment set like a month in advance and when we showed up she was working on someone else and looked completely confused that we were there. Complete incompetence, NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT COME HERE!
Amira is the worst I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to her. She’s unprofessional & very rude
My first and last time here. Felt like a visit to a butcher.
