Dr. Amir misdiagnosed me and refused to give me a referral to verify diagnosis. Three medical professionals, that I went to on my own, said she was totally wrong. (I can give names if necessary). Sadly she put her ego in front of her professionalism and added insult to injury when she had someone make a fake identifying phone call to me asking why I left her. Dr. Rotem Amir is a treasure. She has been my internist for the last ten years and have never experienced better care and concern from another medical doctor. The time she spends with you to make sure you understand every aspect of your health and are comfortable with implementing your care into every day life is quite remarkable. 4 years ago Dr Amir told me I must have anxiety and should start meditation. Here I am today, still undiagnosed on muscle relaxers and meds for neuropathy and muscle spasms, heat intolerance that makes me consider leaving Florida, and so many other health issues. To this day she still isn't helpful or compassionate about patients.
