I saw Dr Amir twice and decided she wasn’t for me. I got the chicken pox when I was 6 months pregnant and she had me do a blood test. I waited for a day or two for the results to come in and after not hearing back, I called the office several times. Finally the receptionist told me they got the results awhile ago and everything looked fine but they just forgot to call me. They are extremely disorganized and unprofessional.
Had to miss an appointment for a family emergency out of state, get back try calling for a week straight even leaving voicemails and they will not respond.
I had an overall bad experience with this doctor and her office personnel. The office manager is generally rude and not friendly. I was misdiagnosed several times and suffered for several years due to the doctor’s lack of care to examine me throughly. I was also not treated well after two miscarriages and my calls were not returned or returned after many attempts. The office staff including Ilana and merna seemed distracted and not particularly attentive or professional.
