This does not surprise me- "bait and switch" is what happened to me- went in for the "free cleaning" and free exam and he refused to give me the cleaning b/c he wanted me to get over \$1000 in deep cleaning services. This is BS. I should be able to get what I want and am ready for. I sensed the guy was a jerk when I arrived and the coldness I felt when I left confirmed it.
He is the bestest dentistt ever[: he knows what hes doing at all times! I had a root canal with absolutly no pain which was a big relief to me because i was really worried so i am very thankful for him bieng able to fix my teeth PAIN FREE! i also like the offfice is quit and relaxing and very organized i also like drinking the soothing tea i thank him for everything.
DO NOT GO O THIS DOCTOR. Yes he acts nice and tries to explain things, but what he is doing is actually explaining that he is going to charge you more than your insurance than is necessary. He will also take pictures and tells you what you should get done. Not what is necessary. I had a filling, and now I have 5 more. You will spend more \$\$ a this dentist. He is not very honest. I changed doctors and saved alot more.
I usually cant stand going to the dentist, but Dr. Choroomi and Kate his assistant, have always made me feel at ease. Very clean office and you can tell the staff wants you to be comfortable. Even when my office changed insurance, I fought to stay with Dr. Choroomi. They even gave me some discounts on my Co-Pay. A thousand recommendations. Theyre awesome!

Who wrote these glorious reviews, the members of his team? Well heres something from a real patient: this was the WORST dentist Ive ever had! It was my first visit to the dentist and right away he started insulting me, saying that I have teeth of a 60 y.o. when Im 28 in real life! He told me he had to do an "extreme makeover" (his own words) with his assistant laughing like it was the best joke ever. Well I took my 2 daughters Macarena and Camila for their last dental work and the Dr. definetly has very good touch....they are very happy and me too he is doing some work on me too......Definetly a good experience
